You must email us to confirm the date and postage method used to return your item, stating your name, order reference and reasons for return.

Faulty or Damaged Items must be reported to us via email or phone within one working day of receipt.
Items returned without adhering to this step, will only be eligible for a refund or exchange at our discretion.

Please ensure that items returned are kept in pristine condition, unused and unworn (except for minimal 'trying-on-for-testing' purposes - other than earrings for hygiene reasons).
For refunds and exchanges, all accompanying items provided must also be returned in pristine condition (for example, jewellery boxes and velveteen pouches).

The item must be returned at your cost by post.
We recommend you use a service, which insures items for the full order amount and confirms it will deliver to a PO Box address. E.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery.
